| Sales/Appraiser Representative |
|
The Sales/Appraisal Representative should have an outgoing personality, enjoy meeting people, and possess
a classic background in sales or marketing. This individual inspects damaged vehicles and determines repair cost.
Requirements for this position include: a bachelor's degree in a related field and up to 2 years of experience;
knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field; relying on
instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; ability to work under immediate
supervision; a good understanding of appraising and insurance claims procedures and policies; must have
keyboard skills; must be able to make common sense decisions; be a self-motivator; use excellent communication
skills - both verbal and written; and portray a professional business image.
It is imperative that the Sales/Appraisal Representative possesses a good work attitude and foster a positive
team spirit both within the department as well as between the other departments in support of the overall

| Must be an effective leader with above average management

| A Parts Manager must be highly organized and especially effective
at maintaining ongoing relationships with suppliers. The individual must possess creativity for negotiating
best-cost savings, and must be able to read and understand aspects of inventory control to ensure proper time expectations
for parts on damaged vehicle. A courteous attitude is necessary when dealing with staff and customers. Additionally,
it is imperative that this manager possess a good work attitude and foster a positive team spirit both within
the department as well as between the other departments in support of the overall philosophy of the company
and fellow employees. The Parts Manager must always strive to improve acquisition, value, quality, and productivity
in this department. |

| Metal Technician |
| A Metal Technician must be meticulous and thorough in quality
of work, and must be able to read and understand every aspect of a work order to ensure proper repair on the
damaged vehicle. This position requires a complete understanding of all phases of crash repairs, from light to heavy.
A polite and courteous attitude is necessary when dealing with customers. Additionally, it is imperative that
the technician posses a good work attitude and foster a positive team spirit both within the department as
well as between the other departments in support of the overall philosophy of the company and fellow employees.
The Metal Technician must always strive to improve quality and productivity of work. |

| Frame/Unibody Technician |
| A Structural Technician must be meticulous and thorough in the quality
of their work. Must be accomplished in wheel alignment, frame, unibody, welding, mechanical and metal repairs
to ensure proper repair on damaged vehicles. A polite and courteous attitude is necessary when dealing with
customers. Additionally, it is imperative that the technician possess a good work attitude and foster a positive team
spirit both within the department as well as between the other departments in support of the overall philosophy
of the company and fellow employees. The Structural Technician must always strive to improve quality and
productivity of work. |

| Automotive Mechanic |
| Performs maintenance and repairs on all type of automobiles.
Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal
training in area of specialty. Requires 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related field. Must
be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field. Relies on experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity
and latitude is required. A polite and courteous attitude is necessary when dealing with customers. Additionally,
it is imperative that the technician posses a good work attitude and foster a positive team spirit both within
the department as well as between the other departments in support of the overall philosophy of the company
and fellow employees. The Automotive Mechanic must always strive to improve quality and productivity of work. |

and fellow employees. A Paint/Refinish Technician must always strive to improve quality, productivity, and
